Developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements

Devise, develop and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies.

Investigate accidents and near misses, stipulating measures for prevention of the foregoing.

Provide advice and support to site managers, engineers, supervisors and safety advisors.

Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new site staff.

Regularly audit the HSE plan for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions

Ensure Safety Advisors are verifying field staff training and competencies; consult the project management team and Regional HSE Head for compliance and action plan.

Communicate, coach and assist the field staff to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met.

Establish and ensure implementation of the HSE Management System on the all project phases.

Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the HSE programs in the field.

Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance.

Coordinate and communicate with Client on Project HSE issues.

Assist and coordinate with the Project Manager and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Project HSE Management Plan based on Company Management standards and Project requirements

Regularly audit the HSEMP for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions.

Monitor and update the HSE risks register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the project execution.

Prepare and manage required documents for related internal/external audit and process it.
