Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Co. Senior Advanced-Product-Development Program Manager 2013 - 2020

Program / product development manager for all electronic safe and arm and flight termination systems on several next generation defense platforms such as intercept, hypervelocity and tactical missile platforms, commercial space platforms and land systems requiring compliance to government safety specifications 1901A and RCC-319.

Project management bridge between financial and technical teams to establish highly integrated master schedules, multi-million-dollar budgets generating high gross margins, compliant terms and conditions, and multi-volume proposals to support high volume of competitive solicitations.

Key account manager for all Raytheon and Aerojet Rocketdyne contracts and programs across linear energetics, ordnance and electronic product areas. Responsibilities included maintaining positive VOC, building stronger relationship management, promoting business expansion, and overseeing proposal preparation, financial management and contract execution.

General Dynamics, Armament and Technical Products Senior Product/Program Manager – JBPDS 2003 - 2006

Fully responsible for financial, technical and schedule performance of the Joint Biological Point Detection System (JBPDS) portfolio of contracts. Management responsibilities included customer relations, financial management (EVMS), manufacturing, engineering design, subcontractor relations, system test, fielding, proposal management, contract negotiations and logistics support. Portfolio value of over $375M with a team of 80+ engineers and technicians.

Relocated, under budget and within schedule, the JBPDS program team of technical and support staff from DeLand, Florida to Charlotte, NC. Effort required relocation of manufacturing materials and personnel, augmentation of the contract execution team and transition of final assembly from subcontractor facilities
