PROFILE

An Operations Geologist with a strong Senior Wellsite Geologist background with over 21 years’ experience in the Middle East (Kurdistan - Iraq, Oman, Qatar, Syria, Egypt, Turkey), Africa (Angola, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Senegal, Tanzania), North Sea (UK - 5 years), Australia and Gulf Of Mexico USA - including offshore/onshore operations, and having worked on over 88 wells in remote global locations. Competent working on vertical, deviated, horizontal (Geo-steering) HP/HT and pore pressure wells and on Exploration, Appraisal, and Development wells - working confidently in both carbonate and clastic reservoirs. A proven natural leader, able to unite teams to deliver on time and within budget through effective communication and management.

Coordination and supervision for all aspects of geological interest concerning the well. These include pre-well planning, reporting and post well reporting and analysis. 2013 (Senergy) Operations Geologist Kuwait Energy & Orlen

Oversaw all aspects of geological operations, and accomplished all relevant geological operations during and post drilling of an offshore Latvian well (E23-1) prior to P&A.

Along with preparing and distributing reports, morning, afternoon and ad hoc rig calls, regularly communicated and worked with the drilling team at the office and rigsite.

Carried out operations geologist activities - monitoring drilling operations, and data gathering on the assigned well, ensuring correct and initial interpretation of data and monitoring and controlling the activities of contractors, so that they met programmed schedules and quality requirements as well as rig safety obligations.

Controlled the quality of logging carried out by the contractors; approving the logs, performing interpretation to assist in best decision making with regard to the progress of the well program.

Regular contacts at all levels in G&G department and with Drilling, Logistics and Materials departments for coordination of work and sample distribution was completed

Prepared geological well forecasts and structural predictions through interpretation and analysis of wireline logs, Geological maps, and assisted in the completion of Final Well Report and composite log.
