WORK EXPERIENCE

Assistant Design Engineer - C P L Engineering Equipment Hosur. (Sept 2017 – Till date). Role and responsibility:

Supporting design activities.

1. Generating Detailing drawing for Individual part based on respective assembly. 2. Executing Design considering the manufacturing feasibility to meet cost and time. 3. Carry out further improvisation in design based on the trail output and customer feedback

Following Tool Room activities.

1. Ensure the parts are manufactured in line with the detail drawings 2. Address the criticality and confirm the design parameter are taken care 3. Monitoring the trails for further design update

Assisting vendor development activities.

1. Explain the supplier about the requirement

2. Based on the delivery plan, Need to follow up with the Supplier thorough intermediate meetings 3. Ensure the quality of the deliveries are meeting with requirement SOFTWARE KNOWN

Solid Works, Catia V5 R18.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Project presentation on ELECTROMAGNETIC ENGINE at MIT Chennai, Awarded 1st prize. ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Title : Electromagnetic Engine for Automobiles (2015-2016). Description: Fabrication of working electromagnetic engine this shall be substitute for engine Futuristic design.

Title : Flying and Fabrication of TILT WING UAV (2014). Description: Design & fabrication of tilt wing concept UAV that assists simultaneous VTOL and HTOL.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Organized workshop on FATIUGE & FAILURES OF MATERIALS at Adhiyamaan college of Engineering.
