● Successfully achieved UL type-test certificate for performance of the core heat exchanger technology (2016).

● Led design and execution of hybrid evaporative machines for comfort cooling application at 0.42 Mn ft2 training centre of renowned environmental and sustainability NGO (Centre for Science and Environment) (2016).

● Established first of a kind laboratory to evaluate evaporative cooling systems in India based on ASHRAE 143 (2015).

● Simulations for solar thermal power plant configuration decision, output estimates and cost comparisons.

● Generate Plant PFDs (Process flow diagrams) and heat and mass balance diagrams.

● Generate simulation data for the design of plant control philosophy.

The scope of this report is to elaborate on the operation plan for a manufacturing facility. It aims to bring together theoretical and practical aspects of operation in an actual industrial setup.

● Dissertation: 'Energy Efficiency in Stenter Operation' The aim of the project was to achieve higher energy efficiency in textile stenters, it is an energy intensive process as identified by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.
