A Mechanical Engineering with considerable experience attained while working for some of the leading organizations within the building services industry over the last 15 years in UAE. Having worked at all levels and stages of construction projects I am able to fully understand and development and on-site activities associated with complex building services and infrastructure installations and how they interface with the building fabric. •Site Supervision and take overall responsibility for the performance and quality control of Mechanical trades. This includes, but is not limited to the following scope of work: Plumbing, Ductwork, Building Controls, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Site Utilities and Fire Protection.

•Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;
