Project #1- MedAZ EHR- MedAZ EHR Complete (MU2 Certification)

MedAZ Meaningful EHR is an US Healthcare related EHR (Electronic health record) product which is used by the providers (Doctors) in US. It is built according to the EHR standards defined by the federal government of US and also certified by certification authority assigned by the government of US (InfoGard- An accredited IT security assurance services company). It helps providers' offices by taking care of their daily workflow from A to Z like patient management system, clinical management, health management and revenue cycle management.

Project #2- Automatic measure calculation

For each meaningful use objective with a percentage-based measure that is supported by a capability included in an EHR technology, electronically record the numerator and denominator and create a report including the numerator, denominator, and resulting percentage associated with each applicable meaningful use measure.

Project #3- ICD-10 Transition

ICD-10 will enhance the healthcare system by enabling physicians to better capture patient visit details and more specifically identify patient problems including their degree and cause. This will ultimately lead to better care coordination and health outcomes. This transition is necessary due to the limited data about patients’ medical conditions and hospital inpatient procedures that ICD-9 provides, making specificity of clinical documentation difficult.

Project #4- LabCorpLab Interface

The development and management of an external clinicalinterface to support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) between the Client and LabCorp following the standard established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

Project #5- MedAZ Patient portal and Provider Portal

Environment : DOT net, SQL Server 2012

MedAZ Provider portal serves as a component of an E-H-R system that provides Patient and Provider with an online tool to communicate and exchange clinical information easily and securely with their vendors and practices.
