Managing a team of ELV Engineers proficient in the ELV systems and on-site building practices.
Drive and guide a team in ELV system in the areas of Installation, Design, Estimation, and Consultation.
Responsible for chairing coordination meetings with the sub-contractors and other Disciplines Engineers to ensure that the intended design is implemented.
Responsible to ensure that the installation standards and Quality as per project specification.
Liaison and coordination with all applicable Local Authority Departments to obtain requirement & regulations fir the different systems of the project.
Responsible for the finalization of subcontractors for the ELV systems including not limited to Design review, Technical review and Operational review of all services. AJITHKHAN.T

Liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure adherence to authority standards, specification and the scope of works as required for the project.
Coordinate with design managers undertaking close-out work in all stages of design development.
Assist with planning department to update the progress reports.
Cost claim preparation assistance.
Provide guidance and advice to the ELV team on value engineering or alternative proposals to save cost and time.
Co-coordinating with procurement department for material requirements as per project Baseline program.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials as per the project specification, requirement and Baseline program.
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Electrical and ELV related works at the site.
Coordinating with different Subcontractors for Seamless Integration.
Assist with commercial department in monthly payment certification of subcontractors.
Act as the ELV specialist system technical liaison with the Consultant/Contractors/Sub-contractors to support the role and tasks as required for the project.
Making proper entries in logbook for standard deviations and timely monitoring the Work.
Preparation of meeting records, technical review, design review, and design progress reports.
Involved in the design of an application program for the development of Building Management system for the above Projects using IA SERIES (Schneider Electric).
Responsible for the complete and timely execution of Building automation systems which includes Design, Supply, and Supervision of installation, testing & Commissioning and training to the end- user.
Build and maintain Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
Preparation of Input / Output (IO) Schedules for the whole instrumentation systems for the DDC controller.
