Job Profile:

Conducting visual inspection for dents, scratches and check for all the assigned parts on time completion.

Measuring and verifying safety critical part specifications as per the assembly requirement and data provided in child part drawings & documents.

Performing layout inspection for planned parts and also updating receiving child part details and respective supplier details/requirements.

100% inspection shall be carried out for parts, which has issue for some time and critical parts for all time.

Preparing individual report in excel for Parts rejection reason and submitting reports to line quality management.

Quality inspection shall be carried out for each part on daily basis and submitting reports for approved and non-approved parts from line rejection.
