Created personal R package individually for learning the knowledge of the development process.

Developed the R package by using the R studio and other existed packages.

Learnt the knowledge of developing process and improved the R coding skills.

Had a complete R package with full R documentation, test les, vignettes and Shiny app in GitHub repository.

ePlant Website Project Fall 2018 - May 2019

Built genetic pathway modules for better visualization of interactions between di erent genes.

Consolidated all the relevant information together in this web and reduce the searching time for the users.

Resolved previews code bugs and added full documentations, made code more human-readable.

Used XML and JSON format database and wrote code in Javascript, HTML, CSS, Jquery, Ajax, D3.js.

Basic Website for Student Activities January - April 2018

Designed a student website for sharing all the campus activities online.

Inspired the web UI design and organized the framework.

Used React as the front-end language and MongoDB as the back-end database.
