Hands on design experience of various structures such as Technological structures in refineries, Large substations and compressor houses, Equipment foundations, Pipe supports, Pipe racks (Modular/Stick-Built) and pipe bridges, Flare stack supporting structure, Steel storage tanks/floating roof tanks foundations, Design of Pile, Raft foundations, Combined and Isolated footings, Various plant and non-plant structures in RCC and Steel, Soil Testing & Preparation of Soil Report including Marine Soil Investigation.

Revamping Activities: Existing Utility Integrity check, Review and Study of Tie-in location for structure & civil work, Preparation/Review of existing utilities/facilities demolition, relocation plan & methodology for revamp work. Project Details : The Yibal field is located approximately 300 km southwest of Muscat

and 50 km southwest of the Fahud field. The Yibal Khuff project

involves the integrated development of the Upper Khuff, Lower Khuff

and Sudair reservoirs located below the currently producing

reservoirs in the Yibal field.

The project includes development of wellheads, RMSs, flow

lines/trunk lines, a Central Process Facility (CPF) and a Power Plant.

The CPF includes: Inlet facilities, Liquid handling (Oil and Water

Processing), Gas Treatment, Sulphur Recovery and Blocking, Utilities

Complex.

RABAB HARWEEL INTEGRATED PROJECT (RHIP)

Client – PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OMAN

Vaule : USD 1.1 Billion (E&P)

Role : Deputy Lead Engineer

Project Details : PDO had undertaken development of the Harweel Cluster of fields

located in South Oman in the Greater Birba area and the Rabab

reservoir, collectively known as the Rabab Harweel Integrated

Project (RHIP). The fields are located 800km from Muscat.

The intent of the Project is to maximize the liquid recovery from

Rabab gas/condensate reservoir (A2C) by means of partial recycling

and from the Harweel oil reservoirs by means of Miscible Gas

Injection (MGI), whilst providing sweet gas to the market.

Responsibility:

Responsible for execution of detail engineering job for a Central Processing Facility & Power Plant at Oman. Coordination with Client & Chennai Office resolving critical issues in concurrence with Client. Preparation of MR/ TBE and resolution of Vendor related issues. Review of Modular Rack Design and Chennai office deliverables. Resolving Site Queries to support construction.

Detailed Engg. includes Design & detailing of Modular & Stick-Built Pipe Rack, RCC Buildings, Equipment Structure, Compressor House, Equipment Foundation (Tower, Exchanger, Vertical & Horz.
