Job Responsibility:

Product precertification testing like test all kind of Light Fitting function and Climate test, Pressure test, Impact test, Switch Endurance test. High voltage test, Temperature test, surface roughness test, ingresses test (Water test). Light intensity test, Humidity test, drop test.

Consolidate, prepare and maintain Test Reports.

Identify the problem, analyze, rectification and suggestion for improvement.

We are doing Explosion proof all kind of Lighting Product (LED and COB) switch gear, control box, Alarm and signaling product etc.

Responsible for testing and calibration of power Product like Power Meter, Energy Meter Load Manager, Dual Source Meter. Temperature Indicator, Power Factor controller etc.

Study & making plans to implement non stand meter as per customer requirement.

Diagnosis the fault in the PCB when testing the meter and providing a corrective action and rectify.

Inward QC

Inspection of incoming Electronics & Electrical Components like Resistor, Capacitor, Inductor, Switches, IR Lamp, Heater, PCB, Load cells, Connectors, Diodes, Relays, Wires, IC.

In-process QC

Inspection of Assembly Modules and Sub Assemblies like Pillar Assembly, Heater Assembly, Wiring Assembly, Base Assembly and Source unit Assembly

Final QC

Inspection of Final Products Infant Radiant Warmer and Phototherapy system with given Parameters. All the processes are handled through ERP software.
