Project Description:

Project 1: Collector

This project is deals with four major workflows “Patient, Appointment, Insurance and Claims. It helps the providers (Doctors) to work with registering a patient and scheduling, rescheduling, cancelling the appointments and adding insurance packages. Also worked with creating claims to make the insurance company (payer) to pay their bills to the provider.

Sub projects worked: Patient, Appointment, Insurance and Claims

Project 2: Credit Card Payments

This project deals with all payments comes in athenaNet. This shows the detail posting of the claims and managing patient payments, miscellaneous payment and insurance claim payments. Testing can be done using credit cards and various payment devices.

Project 3: Collector Client Issue Reduction:

This team deals with reviewing all the client reported issues and follow up those clients reported issues and documenting. Prepared test plan to avoid those issues in future.

Also performed memory leak testing to evaluate the performance of the product workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities
