Quality incharge, Line inspection, PDIR and Basic Documentation.

Key Areas of Accountability/Responsibility:

Developing Inspection Check Sheet for all Final Products.

Checking Set up Approval as per control plan, Checking First Piece of the Shift

Prepare and maintain records of all inspections done. Handling of Line complaints and resolve the issue.

Proper Understanding of Drawing Reading and GD & Tolerance as per Part drawing. Layout Inspection.

To prepare the monthly rejection report for supplier and In-house. Handling of customer complaints and field Complaints by Tracking keeping Records and closing it by proper Analysis and Corrective Action.

Responsible for in process Quality & final Quality of product.

To control processes using 7 QC tools.

To calculate and circulate monthly rejection data cost wise to concern department using Oracle, Maintaining daily record of the rejection & rework

Prepare work instruction & Process flow chart.

Maintaining the documentation as per shifts.
