DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES UNDERTAKEN IN ENGINEERING ASPECTS:
Reviewing the Architectural drawing of the newly entered project and getting the required missed information from the customer
Reviewing the Municipality /Customer Specification for the specified Projects & pull out the deviation from the specification which will not comply with the company standard terms.
Understanding the Technical comments provided by the Client/consultant and conveying the same to the Engineering in order to incorporate the comments in the submittals.
Coordinate with Engineering and Estimating department to prepare the Approval drawings and Design calculations, Erection drawings for the project in order to have final outcome as per Customer requirement.
Preparation of Drawings, Bill of Quantities & Cost Estimate for the excess Materials required by customer.
Attending site meeting in case of Major changes has to made on the Project after/during the erection to have a best solutions acceptable to all parties involved to attain customer requirement
Aware about the Latest Design, buildings codes and Software’s used in the Design of PEB.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER TAKEN IN MANAGEMENT ASPECTS:
Submitting the designed drawing to the customer according to their requirement & getting approval on it.
Attending customer meeting for complicated projects to get clarifies & finalizes the issues related.
Pursuing with the customer in regarding all aspects like getting the payments, documents required for shipment (for export jobs) etc.
Planning & Preparation of Drawings, production & delivery schedule of the projects that comply with the agreed contractual Period of the project.
Review (and comment if applicable) the Contracts, addendums or any other techno commercial documents that requires Management approval/sign, pass the same through the Manager.
Coordinating with Customer until the completion of the project with their complete satisfaction.
