Blacksburg, VA in Athletic Department.

Daily basis managed office for baseball, softball and women’s soccer sport programs. Greeted visitors to office and assisted them in requests for information on particular sport. Respond to all calls and took messages, checked emails, forward calls to Coaches. Maintained all office file systems and inventory of office supplies, and ordered as needed. Update and processed game contracts, rosters for each sport. Routed and paid all agreements, contracts, bills, invoices daily and forwarded to Business Office for approval and payments. Handled all team travels, recruitment travels for each sport.
