Work as full time Clinical Pharmacist for ICU ward. Make rounds of ICU and consult on medication use. Provide consultation on medication use for Hemodialysis Unit Patients. Review hospital protocols for updating. Prepare studies for addition/deletion of medications from the formulary. Educate patients on discharge medications.
Member, Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, which controls overuse of antimicrobials in the hospital.

1.Computer-Based Testing program for Pharmacy Technology Students. Developed using MS Access 2003. Database contains 511 questions with interfacing to deliver exams by subject. Program well-received and to be published by IAFHS. I was asked to prepare versions of the program for Nursing and Laboratory students.
