Responsibilities:

Attended Sector Add site scoping meetings and prepared preliminary RFDS based on the scoped data and submit for initial approval

Build a new layer for the Sector Add corresponding to the Preliminary RFDS in the ASSET Propagation tool.

Verify the accuracy and consistency between SORT, ASSET, Element, and the RFDS Tool for RF related data fields.

Created CIQ for LTE overlay technologies in the web-based tool

Extensive use of SON tool for PCI/PSC collision and adding utran neighbors for UMTS.

Site level hardware troubleshooting which also includes RET, alarm clearance, RF performance troubleshooting and optimization to bring up the new site.

Monitor performance of all layers of the launched site for a minimum of 7 days/ till handed over to RF with deliverables, after on-air date.
