Technical team leader

• Continuous client interface and all different development teams, in order to make a close technical review of the incoming applications and architectures. I’m in charge to validate the Middleware components involved and the integrations within (Java applications, Mainframe Middleware, API’s etc). I work as a intermediary between the architecture, development and infrastructure teams. Identify possible risks and make some proposals according to the executions processes.

• Capacity of analysis and stress manage during incidents on the infrastructure. I absorb the stress the client generates on incidents episodes in order to let my teamwork with freedom and make the actions needed with clarity and urgency. In case to be necessary I make a executive and or technical presentations to explain critical bullets and correction plans.

• I understand the main purpose of the client business and their different extensions. That allows me to be a good link between the Tech and the Management parts that demands my position, in such a way that I can translate the needs of the business into technical requirements and vice versa.

• Middleware Squad Leader. Part of the IBM Agile core Team on Banorte’s account

(second biggest account on LA for IBM) as a part of the first delivery account working under Agile Methodology.

• Change's SME (Subject Matter Expert). With a good understanding of ITIL change process and with a good understanding of the impact under the SLA’s contracts, I check all Middleware critical and important changes of all IBM accounts such as BBVA, Banorte, Scotia Bank, Cemex, etc. I have experience working as well with some others cultures, such as Asian people (Indian), Latin American (Brazilian, Argentinian, and Peruvian) or American people (US).

• Working in progress on parallel projects where I have to administrate time and resources between different teams under my responsibility (Mexico, India and Brazil), such as Automations, Installation and continuous updates of the Middleware tools, Migrations, Security configurations and all projects combined with the Bank’s daily operation. Deliver advances on each project on weekly or every two weeks meetings.

• Make MS Viso Diagrams and technical documentation about middleware and Operations Bank.
