I am working in medical domain which deals with the medical devices. I am currently working in EU MDR Remediation program as a Project Lead and R&D Engineer. Initially I assess the product for any gaps in accordance with EU MDR GSPR and ISO standards. If gaps are found in testing or in documentation then I would remediate the particular product by initiating the missing tests or perform design changes if required. I prepare quality documents for internal audits.

Worked as an In-process quality engineer. I was responsible for the quality of the components produced in the shop floor. I had a team of 3 members for screening the rejection components in the shop floor itself so as to reduce the next level quality rejection. I ensure the quality of the product visually, in dimension and the strength of the component if needed. I perform compression test in Universal Testing Machine. I prepare Run charts and SPC for critical dimensions, I ensure all quality documents are proper as I will be facing the customer audits. I have taken various steps to reduce the rejection percentage in the final inspection.
