Data included the combination of which crew, downhole tool company, chemical company, bridge plug company, flow-back company, area of operation, and many other data points to ensure true and accurate analytics to improve the customer’s IP, lower operational costs, and optimized efficiency.

Product Development

Legend Insight Software: Worked with Origin Rose of Denver, CO, to develop new web-based software program for monitoring coiled tubing and pressure pumping operations in real-time. Insight program is capable of receiving all data protocols from all service companies allowing for time-synchronized data recording of all data sources on location for truly accurate data analytics.

Legend Fiber Coil: Responsible for the design, implementation, data acquisition, data analytics, and customer support for all Fiberoptics-thru-Coil warm-back and HD real-time video capturing operations.

Super-String Coiled Tubing Design: Responsible for innovative approach to custom designing coiled tubing strings based upon a customer’s typical well deviation, TVD, KOP, and TD for a particular basin to optimize extended reach in long lateral wells, increased WOB at the toe, decreased fatigue growth, and 30% longer life from the coiled tubing before retiring from service.
