CoreResponsibilities :

In Current position as chemist in Star Trace Pvt Ltd:

•AAS analysis on tailing samples from HCL, NTPC & NALCO to determine the content of precious metals like Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Cu & Rh.

•Analysis of samples by using prescribed multi acid digestions followed by ICP-MS for rare earth elements and General elements

•Ensure the delivery of results within the prescribed time from the clients.

•Analysis of raw material and in process samples from HCL project, Madhya Pradesh.

•Fire assay analysis & Extraction and precipitation of gold by different methods for CPMC (Concentrate) samples.

•Raw material analysis, in process solutions, solids & finished product (Bullion) analysis by XRF

•Manpower management, Customer dealing, Operation and Maintenance of instruments, Calibration of instruments, Manual, SOP, Corrective and preventive action etc..,

•Training to subordinates on safety and 5S.

•Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025-2017, ISO 9001.

In previous position as a Quality Manager in Kidao laboratories

•Analyze the received samples to determine percentage of metals content by wet methods. (Iron base & Copper base )

•Perform ICP-OES (Spark ) analyses for Metals

•Internal auditor as per ISO 17025-2005
