Job Responsibilities:- After Receiving the drawing or model from the customer Feasibility study, if not feasible then preparation of PPT for changes in the casting as per the process requirement, submission to the customer for approval. Once its been approved by customer, preparation of quotation of tool and submission, After receiving the purchase order from the customer, installation of gating to the casting model sending it for simulation, after simulation report preparing for tool design and tool assembly activity, and then BOM preparation and Order of material, Handing over the models to cam team for machining activity, then monitoring assembly of tool, attending tool trail, once the machining and inspection of casting carried out by customer, If required any tool correction planning accordingly and after prove out handing over the tool to production team.
