Automated a process using PPM which reduced FTE Time (Quality Analysis Tool).

This project was completed within the timeframe of 3 months

After investigating claims, issuing credit to the customer’s account if it’s fraud

Verifying the affidavits sent by the client which were legally singed by the customer

Audit the Certification claims and provide certification details to higher authorities

Support as mentor for team to increase the efficiency and quality of team

Verify quality reports sent by onshore and agree or disagree to the errors based on policy and procedure management
