Title 1: Anti roll Bar

Duration: January(2018)- April(2018)

Description: Firstly I worked on stiffness of torsion bar is calculated which requires torsional modulus of rigidity, the internal and external diameter of the anti-roll bar and then the length of torsion bar and last by their length of the cantilevers and all this main thing is adjust. One way is to adjust the stiffness of the roll bar is to change the length of the cantilevers with bolt and parts which had multiple different mounting positions. Another technique is the drop link mount to a circular cantilever with a sleeve. This is far more precision in adjustment allowing the car to be very fine tuned for the track and surface.

Title 2: Vehicle Dynamics & Aerodynamics of Go-Kart

Vehicle Dynamics: It was done by design steering system by three methods are selection of material, design on software and mathematical problem by mechanism and steering system1:1 with using mechanical linkage. Factors that affect the dynamics of a vehicle can be grouped into Drive train & Braking, Suspension & Steering, Distribution of mass, Aerodynamic forces and Tires.

Aerodynamic: It is the sub-field of Fluid dynamics in which we analyze the forces on the body of the vehicle caused by the flow of air all around the body when the vehicle is in motion.
