ALTCS CASE MANAGER (LEAD) 4/2008 TO 11/2019
Native Health, Phoenix AZ
Assist Director of Community of Health and Wellness in delivery of comprehensive Tribal ALTCS Program Fee for Service, Native American Community Health Medicaid Plan throughout the State of Arizona. Supervised Two Employees and 1 intern from local University, Timesheets, disciplines, Performance Evaluations. Audits to case files. ALTCS Program received a 93% in 2018. Monthly reports and Quarterly to AHCCCS and Native Health. Trained new staff for ALTCS program.
Traveled throughout Arizona evaluating member’s medical needs. Educating members on the Native American Community Health Plan to Members and Providers to ensure compliance of ALTCS’s rules, regulation, policies, and procedures.
