Quality Control Laboratory Technician May 2017 – July 2018

Tested raw herb and finished product samples, per FDA regulations, for quality of pH, density, microorganisms using BioLumix, alcohol content using Gas Chromatography, and identification of raw herbs using FTIR and HPTLC.

Worked as a team to ensure all samples were tested and reported in a timely manner.

Implemented a system to increase efficiency of sample flow through the lab.

Young Harris College Student Success Center

Tutor Aug.-Dec. 2016

Tutored both chemistry and physics students.

Assisted students in those subjects with studying tips, homework, and any other assignments.

Multitasked by tutoring 5 separate students simultaneously in 4 different courses.
