Projects

-Flight path generator: This class project was a group project involving reading information from a file in to a graph data structure with flight and airport structures with variables related to their departure times, arrival times, flight numbers, locations and much more.

-Server and Queue Simulation: The simulation project was different because we not only had to build a program but also had to write a report on the results that this program produced. The premise of this project is that a company is looking to lower wait times by investing in more servers and queues but would like to determine which is the most cost-effective combination. The program consisted of implementing queues and servers to simulate the wait times in three scenarios the company is considering.

-Chess App: This is another class project in which my team and I built an application which allowed two users to play chess with Java and JavaFX. I handled most of the logic when moving the pieces, Initializing the board and am currently continuing my work on this project.

-Python3 Projects: Some of the python projects I had involved altering the contents of files which passed as arguments from the command line and locating and moving files from one directory to a trash directory

-Garbage Collector: The most recent program I’ve written involved using low level c functions to free allocated memory that was no longer being referenced by any variables used by the program.
