Managed the distribution, logistic, inventory and customer service operations of $86M medical device distributor. Oversaw 40 employees including 3 directs reports: warehouse operations, customer service and inventory control supervisors. Managed an annual operating budget of $17M and $7M of implant inventory at cost.
