·Completed a $800,000.00-dollar remodel at chimney rock state park, while overseeing and coordinating the safety of 20+ plus personnel installing steel beams and columns via construction helicopter.

·Boosted production and saved company 40-man hours by providing proper tools and methods to successfully install 800 deck boards and over 30,000 deck screws.

·Coordinated between engineers/architects and environmental soil technicians the proper placement of over 250 yards of concrete poured at chimney rock state park, resulting in zero infractions or safety violations. While also mitigating traffic problems and inconvenience to park employees and patrons during peak tourist season.
