• Led a team of 7 proposal professionals, geographically dispersed throughout the U.S. Responsible for all domestic and international proposals

• In 2018, led team that produced more than 60 proposals valued at over $180M and achieved a 90% shortlist rate

• Managed successful implementation of Qvidian and RFPIO proposal automation software solutions

• Researched and identified potential RFP opportunities and made initial Go/No-Go decisions

• Used a Shipley-based process to ensure efficiency and exceed annual shortlist targets while ensuring all proposals met strict quality and corporate standards
