Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery of all enhancements raised by the region users of QAD application.

QAD is used across all the markets of SMR. Ongoing support, change management and new development is supported and delivered on time.

Implementation & Customization with Vendor. Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Documentation of Systems and provide technical guidance and support to users. Product is based on Progress 10.2B as Backend, and MFGPro 2010 SE as Application Server and Developer Progress 4GL as programming language. Responsible for Administration of ERP System, User, Roles, Authorization and Maintenance, ERP Hardware and Software maintenance, MFGPro Database Backup, understanding department needs & implement solution that are related to ERP System, Communicate all the issues within the company and resolve the problems. Managing the Finance Functional Helpdesk for a leading integrated financing (Payor) and health care delivery (Provider) system in Thailand.

The client has a national initiative focused on transforming its business infrastructure to effectively support operations and sustain high compliance standards. It is specifically targeted at improving information technology systems and processes that support financial and supply chain management.

Role: Established and stabilized the batch monitoring team in first 6 months of the engagement which involved mentoring and training a team 5 of business trainee associates.

Description : We have customized PCO Module as two types (Structure Change & Cost Change). Standard QAD Module having Structure change only. Also we have created department wise approval mechanism for each PCO and created several report for Cost Saving.

Based on PCO Cost saving PPM Report saving has calculated and report to Corporate.

Study documentation of MFG/PRO.

Prepare technical specifications and requirement analysis of the new requirement.

Carrying out the modifications required as per the stipulated due date.

Description : Actively involved in developing CIM upload programs to load item master price

Into Mfgpro. Developed programs to do Auto GRN in shipper maintenance. Involved in integrating EdI programs with a third part tool Banyan. Customized existing stock Transfer program to generate PDF output and align to new business process which involved semi finished goods from a outsourced manufacturer. Actively involved in Barcode applications to make UTP MMOG compliant.

Title : Purchase Module Customization

Client : United Tobacco Processing Ltd (UTP), Sri Lanka

Description : NEOS will raise the purchase order for raw tobacco in QAD using Purchase Order Maintenance (5.7). The purchase order will be sent to the supplier from NEOS. Once the supplier gives the information on the tobacco which is to be dispatched to UTP, NEOS will send a notification to UTP by e-mail / FAX on the additional information which needs to be captured before receipt.UTP will create a purchase order with 0 values based on the additional information received from NEOS.

Based on an e-mail/FAX notification from NEOS the additional details on the raw tobacco will be captured using a customized developed program.
