Since the acquisition of Shire Pharmaceuticals in January 2019, Takeda maintains two separate Veeva CRM applications, which are supported by two separate Commercial Operation Business Units aligned to legacy companies with respective operating model and products. Customer Excellence(CX) Integration project is initiated to consolidate respective CRM applications into a single CRM application to support the daily commercial operations as part of the wider integration strategy.
Responsibilities:
Migrated Shire Neuro-science and Medical Affairs users from Legacy Shire Salesforce instance to Legacy Takeda Salesforce.
Worked with sponsor and project stakeholders to determine project budget, scope, milestones, success criteria, risks and project approval requirements.
Performed User Interface analysis on both L-Takeda and L-Shire instance for Data Mapping and Gap Analysis.
Identified filed mappings between L-Takeda and L-Shire instances to understand how L-Shire data can be mapped to L-Takeda instance.
Created prototypes and proposed new page layout with minimal impact to Neuro-science & Medical Affairs field users as an output of the field mapping and gap analysis exercise.

Responsible for full Software Development Life Cycle for iEngage v6.0 to v.74 release.

Prior to iEngage v5.2 release, the application was treated as a regulated application, which made the change management process cumbersome and time consuming. In an effort to streamline the change management process, the regulated (Product Information Requests & Sampling) and non-regulated modules (Time of Territory, Field Coaching Log, Account and Address Page etc.) of the application were segregated. In addition to a Business Analyst role, as a Validation Lead for non-regulated modules, I provided compliance leadership and guidance to business and project team in SDLC standards and practices.

Specified quality standards and validation requirements to ensure iEngage software development process complies with industry and Takeda SDLC standards.
