Sep 2018 - Dec 2018 Project 1: Qinghai Province 2018 Statistical Yearbook Task: Participated in the preparation of statistical yearbook(http://tjj.qinghai.gov.cn/nj/2018/indexch.htm), responsible for data wrangling, data proofreading and visualization.

Utilized queries to collect and process more than 15000 pieces of informative data, verified key index values via SQL. Conducted regression imputation with mice package to handle 2.3% missing values and outliers, executed text processing including date format conversions and Regex match.

Generated Tableau data visualizations to demonstrate key index behaviors, compiled informative report. Beijing College Students Scientific Research Program Nov 2017 - May 2018 Program task: Conducted a two-stage intervention experiment, analyzed the learning achievements of students via DINA model, provided guidance for teaching. In our whole experiment, we achieved a 6.3% increase in intervention under DINA model guidance compared with general intervention, a 13.2% increase compared with non-intervention group. Determined cognitive attributes and hierarchical relationships, designed pretest questionnaires. Conducted clustering for student groups, built DINA model to analyze students' learning achievements, adopted corresponding inference plans, designed posttest questionnaires.

Performed multi-comparison analysis over non-intervention, general intervention and intervention under DINA model guidance groups, offered teaching suggestions for the instructors.
