UPS PT Package Center Supervisor

OCTOBER 2019 - PRESENT

UPS has presented a unique challenge. Prior to working here, I had never really been a formal supervisor in any company. Suddenly, and with very little training, I was in charge of 30+ UPS drivers during the heaviest part of the year in a center that had just opened in the Port of Tacoma. My role was to deal with timecards, calm angry customers and work to solve their problems, while also quickly and efficiently solving problems drivers faced on road. UPS has been particularly key in shaping me over the past few months.
