Dailey Directional Drilling Midland, TX 1999 to 2001 Drilled under-balanced Horizontal well bores in Permian Basin of Southwest Texas. o Supervised drilling Tri-laterals each in excess of 7000’ of actual extended reach at TVD’s of 10,000+ feet open hole side tracks utilizing steerable drilling assemblies and while being able to re-enter open hole side tracks after nominal trips for equipment allocation.

o Oversaw operations of horizontal well bore drilling operations while maintaining balanced or under-balanced drilling environment with either air injection or brine water fluid applications or combination of both. o Experienced with calcium chloride drilling fluids as weight fluid in under- balanced drilling conditions. o Properly adjusted well bore path by calculating Dog leg severities to the projected center of proposed target locations. Maintained proper bottom hole assemblies in well bore to achieve objectives.
