•Partner with VP’s Directors Chief of Staff team to provide adequate and timely reports to upper management that included measurements against deliverables to share information with VP and organization.

•Single point of contact (SPOC) for the following programs for organization: Tech Modernization Scorecard, Reward and Recognition program, Service Ambassador / Referral program, Reporting and Compliance Training Report.

Executive Assistant Manager to VP (November 2013 – September 2018)

Provided support for VP - Technology Development.

•Prepared and managed calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, and events for VP.

•Ensured effective communicating processes, policies, performance, expectations, as well as department and company information, were shared with organization composed of over 3K people.

•Worked on requirements and design for the WP2020 location (workstation, conference rooms, workspaces, labs, etc.) for organization located in Alpharetta, GA, this resulted in a total workspace renovation.
