Work Experience
Prepare BOQ from the Drawings and scope of work as per the relevant standard methods of measurement.
Preparation of interior fit outs and joinery shop drawing, detailed door drawings, furniture and general site arrangement layouts. Prepare preliminary Bill of Quantities, Quantity take off, cross checking the quantities.
Assess the Claims and Change Request submitted by various Contractors / consultants during the post tender stage. Carry out quantity take off during various stages of project development
Provide support and assistance to cost estimation team. Material purchasing; preparation of purchase requests for permanent materials, evaluation of vendors technical submittals and supervise the material submissions
Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates, monthly budget and costing reports.
Preparation and monitoring of Cash flows and monthly cash flows, Build of Materials for project costing.
Participate in negotiation to ensure budgets are not exceeded. Attend technical meetings with Client, Subcontractors, Vendors in order to suggest technical proposals as required
Management of Technical documents and Drawings; responsible for the review and timely submission as well as the subsequent Engineer s or Client s approvals follow up of the project shop drawings and Technical reports
Identify, conceptualize, and communicate with other company entities as per the requirements of the construction team VANISREE ELANGO
