Respond to QIR's, customer complaints, and RGA's
Oversee the non-conformance/preliminary inspection area and provide resolutions for discrepant parts
Assure departmental compliance to company procedures, employee policies, industry regulations, and safety policies
Lead heat treat meeting and provide the sales team with reliable quoting due dates for future orders
Meet due dates and communicate with sales if a problem arises to notify the customer ASAP
