Procedure generation, review, and approvals to meet ISO requirements

Annually review the QMS and assisit in revisions to correct internal audit findings

Generate new inspections documents and assign to controlled documents program

Assure all documents in the shop are to current revisions before all external audits

Work with all plant employees including millwrights and electricians

Work with all upper management and office personnel

Respond to QIR's, customer complaints, and RGA's

Oversee the non-conformance/preliminary inspection area and provide resolutions for discrepant parts

Assure departmental compliance to company procedures, employee policies, industry regulations, and safety policies

Lead heat treat meeting and provide the sales team with reliable quoting due dates for future orders

Meet due dates and communicate with sales if a problem arises to notify the customer ASAP

Perform monthly internal audits on the QMS to assure no findings upon recertification to ISO 9001-2015
