Orchestrate a variety of major project engagements for United Airlines including the establishment of an onsite-offshore delivery model on TnM and maintenance contract on FP for the client (1 year). Mandated to transform the existing support model leading to enhanced coverage and operational agility. Subsequently tasked with leading the delivery of a group-wide initiative focusing on the implementation of a negotiated contract (merger) between two airlines to manage the impact on Flight Attendant related modules of the Operations and Planning Department (3 years). Work in a collaborative capacity with numerous stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Key Achievements:

Acted as Technical PM and Subject Matter Expert for the transformation of existing infrastructure developed in REACT, Angular, Restful API, .Net, and SQL.

Worked in tandem with the Product Owner to map business rules to BRD documents and features and collaborated with the PMO team to facilitate the approval process with FAA regulatory teams.

Prioritized workstreams and activities to achieve a streamlined and agile operation.
