JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Network Monitoring: Fault management

Monitoring the Network alarms 3G,4G & 5G under (RAN) team and raising the Trouble tickets for relevant alarms using IFMS tool.

Troubleshooting of the faults reported in Huawei, Nokia & Ericsson equipment and providing solution to customer.

Checking for connectivity of the sites through the MW sites.

Checking for Power authority details and coverage hole of the affected site.

Updating the above checked parameters in the ticket and dispatching to the Transmission team for further actions.

Leading and handling the bulk outages and finding out the reason, escalating the same to higher levels without breaching the SLAs.

Troubleshooting for persistence alarms & technical issues.

Coordination with TX, IP, Core and Field Team/Facilities team for finding out solution.

Suggesting spares and key checks to be done to the field engineers for problem resolution.

On call support to field engineers for fault rectification.

Auditing the Reports such as cell availability, RNA tracker, and cell lock Reports etc.

Communicating with Technician Regarding locking/unlocking the cells and After post completion of work giving the acknowledgement whether the site is working Fine or not.

Maintaining a Report for all handled and created tickets in regular shift basis.

Tools Used:

Trouble ticket handing tool - IFMS(Integrated Fault Management System)

Temip - Alarm monitoring tool (Nokia, Huawei & Ericsson Sites were configured through Netact,ENM &U2020.

Net Act for Nokia sites, ENM For Ericsson and Huawei for U2020.
