As Executive Manager of an International Electoral NGO”Elections-Experts”, based in Paris since April 2006. Elections-Experts (www.election-expert.org) is a group of Francophone Electoral Expert, (102 persons), highly qualified, representing several backgrounds, all graduated from the University of Paris II Assas as Electoral Administrators. Elections –Experts provides its partners “NGO, Ministries & international organizations, with Electoral competencies for Electoral Assistances, Observations and Capacity building projects. Organizing Collogues, Seminars and workshops on elections topics. Providing consultancies, reports, studies over Electoral subjects and advising election staff on elections issues, the formulation of recommendations, the content of election reports, good practices in elections matters.

As Electoral expert during 12 years, my main Electoral experiences and tasks are as follow :

. 12 years electoral experience in Africa, Arab world, Asia and East Europe on developing methodological frameworks for

elections activities, on advancing long term strategies for the Association’s activities and analyzing political and

Technical Assistance to the National Authority for Elections (Assistance technique auprès de l'Authorité Nationale des Elections) is a project implemented by ECES, in partnership with IBF International Consulting, in Central African Republic. The project was launched in June 2015 for duration of 12 months and entirely funded by the European Union in the framework of its technical assistance.

The overall objective of the project is to support CAR’s democratic transition and to create the conditions for lasting institutional stability. Therefore, the project activities are to support the organization of elections in CAR, and the creation of a sustainable capacity strengthening scheme for the NAE and other key electoral stakeholders. Specifically, the technical assistance aims to improve the organization, conduct and supervision of the parliamentarian and presidential elections and the constitutional referendum.

As an Expert of three member’s team involved to support the NAE in strategic planning, particularly in the legal, regulatory, administrative and operational aspects of the electoral process. Furthermore, supporting the NAE in the activities deemed to be implemented during the post-election period, which include assessments of the sustainability impact of the achievements, preparation of electoral reform, implementing the project and to use of expertise in hardship environments to deliver activities in the most effective way in CAR. Participated as Long Term Observer for OSCE-ODHIR Electoral Observation Mission in Ukraine for Parliamentary Elections, 28 Oct 2012.Main tasks were Monitor and assess the electoral and political environment on the ground in the period leading up to, including, and following the elections.

Establish relationships with the relevant key electoral stakeholders at the local and governorate level in my area of responsibility.

Prepare weekly written reports for the Center’s field office, as well as additional analysis requested by senior staff.
