RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and Supervise full site activates of subcontractor and approving their next activities & weekly schedule plan.

Perform site quality inspection and monitor the Contractors work for compliance with Quality inspection plan and Quality requirements.

Maintain inspections records, Site related updated documents as required by the Client.

Ensuring all aspects of project are being done in a manner consistent with quality practice.

General and Technical Site supervision of Civil works including earthworks, trenches, Backfilling, Compaction, Asphalt and associated works

Plan and execute Civil works Construction in coordination with Civil Contractors

Liaising with multiple professionals, Consultants (SEC), Riyadh cables (Main contractor), Riyadh municipality, Saudi Tech, contractors and local services departments.

Arrangement of equipment and manpower for planned tasks.

Follow up the results of site tests performed by Saudi tech inspectors and inspection results performed by consultants.

Quantity estimation and preparing orders of materials as per the site requirements.

Preparing Daily & Monthly Progress Reports of project related activities and submitting to Construction Manager

Regular inspections to check the safety of site and manpower.

Verification of BOQ’s & Invoices raised by Sub Contractors.

PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF VILLA & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT

DURATION: From 1st July 2014 to 10th Oct. 2015.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Frequently visits to construction sites for monitoring of on-going projects.

Preparing drawings for maintenance and renovation and infra-structure projects

Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.

Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.

Studying drawings and Preparing BOQ’s for Villa’s and infrastructure Projects

Review of Material Checking & Submittals, site construction drawings, site coordination etc.

Ensuring that works is carried out in accordance with customer approved Quality Control Plans, Drawings, Construction Scope of work & Specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, working staff and operatives.

To watch and inspect the working staff and assure the work is done as per drawings and

specification.

Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Responsible for estimating the costs of large and medium tenders, evaluating the tender documents, supporting in the development of estimation models etc.

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications

Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
