The project comprises of 7 levels podium accommodating entrance lobbies, shared facilities in two story atrium ensuring a comfortable indoor environment, MEP Spaces & 3 level parking flanked by 8 tower and hotel tower.

The 9 office towers are grouped in to provide a single drop off to serve each group of three towers.

The Hotel also has a 5 level podium that accommodate public spaces like lobbies, ballroom/meeting rooms, restaurants, hamman and accommodate back of house support spaces for hotel operations.

2.Peoples Mover Systems, Qatar.

The Qatar Foundation Tram is the first battery-powered tram system and the first rail project of its kind in Qatar. We provided Project and Construction Management services for the Qatar Foundation Tram, managing the interface of all surrounding facilities.

The line is 11.5km long and connects the various facilities within Education City. The system contains an 800m tunnel under the Dukhan Highway and an elevated section (viaduct) of approximately 1.2km.

It's powered by on board super capacitors and batteries allowing the tram to charge at the 24 tram stops and stations that service the line. The tram stops are light, open cable net structures with air-conditioned waiting rooms on both sides.

Also included in this project is a corridor that includes the tram system and pedestrian footpaths, managed in coordination with other design and construction activities including road design, lighting, drainage, retaining walls, shade structures, signage, soft and hard landscaping.

This project is located within Education City where the ‘Park and Ride’ scheme is being adopted, aiming to provide a more efficient and sustainable method of transportation, prohibiting the use of cars and vehicles and reducing overall traffic flow.

Job Responsibilities :

Supervision of 11Kv switchgear panel /equipment installation, Testing and commissioning as per local authority requirements, standards or regulations. 11KV switchgear panels includes VCB type & GIS type.

Oversees power Transformers, Installations, Testing and commissioning as per local authority regulations. Dry type service transformers 11KV/.0415kv & Transformers for rectifiers 11kv/ 0.0633 KV.

Supervises MV cables installation, testing & commissioning.

Supervises DC 750 volts switchgear panels Installation, Testing and Commissioning. Include diode cubicles, DC breaker panels, disconnectors ETC complete.

Handle RCR (Rigid conductor rail), OCS (Overhead catenary System) installation, and T & C works until final energization.

Involved in Power supply & controls arrangement of tunnel ventilation exhaust fans.
