As a contract coordinator and Compliance healthcare employee, I prepared contracts for each trade and follow up on finalizing and make sure to get all sides signature, assisting with contract compliance and look over contracts thoroughly to ensure completeness. After execution of contracts I interfered with accounting department to ensure prompt payment for trade partners.

My main job also comprised of maintaining all licenses and certification or registration for the company as required by law and track them to ensure renewing, re-certification on time, so I had to educate myself about the related law and regulation.
