WORK HISTORY

Verint Systems Migration Engineer (Contractor) August 2019 – Present

Active Directory and Exchange migration for three business acquisitions to Verint enterprise. Major project constraints due to termination of connection on tight timeline. Developed a migration plan for execution during off business hours for expedited troubleshooting and ensure high availability, scheduled with end users to ensure visibility and ensure no scheduling conflicts. 100% success rate on Exchange and AD migration using PowerShell to automate the provisioning in Verint’s on premise and Office 365 environment. Profiles were migrated with a 99% success rate by providing white glove support for all migration issues.

●Removed and replaced all networking and firewall equipment with Cisco as required.

●Migration and support of Legacy PBX to CISCO VOIP.

●Due to routing issues for remote created additional VPN to remediate access issue.
