Maintained the Quality Management System at the Sandersville Ga. facility to the ISO 9001 standards including transition to ISO 9001:2015.

Last 2 external audits of ISO9001:2015 had zero findings.

Managed a department of 10 employees which included QA techs, Quality Engineers and a lab chemist.

Cross functional team member to start new production line for flooded batteries. Validated process and product requirements identified in the project plan.

Provided support to resolve issues which allowed production to increase from 400 batteries/shift to 1400 batteries/shift.
