Job Responsibilities in brief:

Worked as a Project Management Consultant in ADNOC, review the MEP shop drawings submitted by the CONTRACTOR at each stage of the Construction to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the scope of work and agreements requirements.

Review the Request for Information (RFI), change requests submitted by the CONTRACTOR.

Review the Program of works and share it with the Planning Engineer and submitting weekly and monthly reports to the management.

Internal Co-ordination between the various Engineering departments to fulfill the requirements in site.

Attending technical meetings with Contractor and Client whenever requested by the Resident Engineer.

Execution of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, LPG and irrigation systems.

Witnessing of HVAC system testing, adjusting and balancing as per ASHRAE standard.

Coordination of MEP works and all inspections in the site were carried out vide ITR given by the Contractor relevant to approved Shop drawings, Method statements(MS),Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Control Procedure (QCP) with related latest revision documents.

Providing support to Resident Engineer to obtain the necessary documents from Project manager prior to commencement of works like contract documents, Design, NOC’s etc.

Inspections of all mechanical related works carried in the site wide ITR submitted by the Contractor.

Checking all materials used in the site comply with approved Material Approval Request (MAR) though MVR submitted by Contractor.

Monitor safety on site and overall progress of project.

Conducting NDT methods such as "RT, UT, MT, PT, Vacuum box test, Pad leak test" through Third parties and reviewing the reports

Witness pneumatic and hydro test in accordance with ASME B 31.3.

Responsible for the Inspection of all welding activities in the projects covering power piping, Pressure Piping, Storage Tanks, Vessels and Structures in accordance with Quality plan, Codes and Standard.
