Objective:
I am currently looking for part time year round employment. I graduated from a Building Superintendent Certificate Course with the Greater Toronto Apartment Association previous to my former occupation. Please notice that I have spent the last few years working seasonally, part-time and contract positions. I want to utilize my skills and experience to benefit my employer as well as increase my skill level.

Trained in HVAC, health and fire safety regulation/codes
CPR first aid and WHMIS certified
