M/s. Steel Exchange India Ltd. an Integrated Steel Plant located at Vizianagaram Dist. Of Andhra Pradesh (India), having 4 divisions:

Sponge Iron Plant,

70MW Captive Power Plant,

Steel Melting Shop &

Rolling Mill.

It is a MANNESMANN DEMAG CORDIR PLANT, one of the largest coal based Sponge Iron manufacturing plant in India with a present capacity of 2.55 million TPA with 2x350 TPD.

KILN: Maintenance of mechanical equipment’s like cellar air fans, gear box, dedusting euipments.

CONVEYORS: Belt Jointing with Cold vulcanizing solution,Pocket elevators And also Screw conveyors.

CRUSHERS AND SCREENS: Operation and maintenance knowledge in all types of Crushers and Screens (both iron and coal). CONE CRUSHER,JAW CRUSHER, TOOTHED ROLL CRUSHER, RING HAMMER CRUSHERS (each 250 TPH). Circular and linier motion SCREENS.

WHRB: Maintaince of RSB, LRSB, All types of MOV S, MSSV, START UP WENT AND ALL BOILER MAINTIANCE.

Belt Conveyors operation and maintainance.

Vibro Feeders operation and maintainance.

ALIGNMENT: Alignment for Fluid coupling using dial gauge,

Flange coupling, Gear coupling, Pin bush couplings.

SKILLS

Have 4 years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance and also in operation of RAW MATERIAL HANDLING PLANT

Have 1 year training in 70 MW Captive Power Plant (Simhadri Power) for Coal Handling Plant

Possess knowledge of mechanical device and Its applications, Maintenance of lubrication schedules in Industries.

Maintenance of mechanical equipment’s (especially in BELT CONVEYORS).

Maintenance of fluid couplings, pin bush couplings and tire couplings with suitable alignment process(like dial gauge etc.).

Daily equipment monitoring for healthy condition while in operation

Observing all Bearing temperatures as per schedule

Preparing equipment behavior records while in operation

Mainly concentrating on ZERO ACCIDENT AND ZERO BREAK DOWNS.

Worked on the projects Simulation Studies on Cold Upsetting Behavior of Aa2024-Flyash Composite with Fem” and “Balancing of single rotating fan in sinter plant as part of academic curriculum.

SALARY PACAKAGE:

Present CTC: 3.6 lac per Annum
